Ashtanga Improv

Ashtanga Improvization uses the wisdom of Ashtanga Yoga sequencing principles to promote safe and natural development of your body’s flexibility, endurance and strength. Ashtanga Improv is a creative and challenging way to start your practice or deepen an advanced practice.

Power Hour

A short-form Vinyasa Flow class, Power Hour Yoga is designed to stimulate the nervous system, create heat, and engage all of the major muscle groups of the body.  Be ready to sweat - Power Hour Yoga is a great way to work out on your lunch break!

Vinyasa Flow

The Sanskrit term “vinyasa” is commonly used to describe a style of yoga which uses sun salutations to link poses together with dynamic flow of movement and breath. Vinyasa Flow classes are infused with creative sequences that keep you moving, building endurance and increasing strength.

Anusara Inspired Flow

Anusara Inspired Flow uses the wisdom of Anusara Yoga’s Universal Principles of Alignment to ensure both injury prevention and full expression. Focusing on subtle adjustments of poses, Anusara Inspired Flow is an excellent way to develop mindfulness and strength.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is an excellent addition to an active lifestyle.  While most forms of physical activity strengthen and condition muscles, Yin yoga postures gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues that form joints, promoting joint flexibility and deeply stretching worked muscles.

Self Practice Yoga

Come and practice at your own pace, in the sequence you’d like, in a warm and quiet space.  An instructor will be present to provide subtle adjustments, and help you go deeper into whatever pose or breathwork you decide to take yourself into.

Duration:Tuesdays 6am-8am
Prerequisites:

**Recommended for experienced yoga practitioners


Core Clinic

This fast-paced circuit training is focused on developing core strength that will improve overall fitness.

Cost:FREE!!
Duration:Circuits range in length from 20-30 minutes, followed by restorative stretches and instructor feedback.

Boot Camp

A super short, super intense group fitness course that will challenge any athlete. Training includes any and all combination of movements including functional movements like lifting, jumping, throwing, pushing, pressing, pulling, running, etc. This workout will help get you in the best shape of your life with incredible improvements in cardio, stamina, speed, strength, flexibility, coordination, accuracy, agility, and balance. Give it a try… if you like to work hard, you’ll love it.
