Adult Team Training

• Try out a class for $15 or use your monthly guest pass (sign up for membership same day and get $15 off your first month of membership)

Day Use Pass

• $10 day pass – Standard Mesa Rim Member (Tuesday Open Hours are FREE for Standard Mesa Rim Members)

Youth Team Memberships

The youth team is by try-out only. Contact the Head Coach for information about trying out a practice at

3-day per week practice (Summit Team)

• M/W/F 4pm-7pm
• Ages 7-18
• Three gym membership access (Mira Mesa, Mission Valley, Climbing Training Center)


2-day per week practice (Ascent/Jr. Ascent Teams)

• M/W or T/TH F 4pm-7pm (End time varies depending on age)
• Optional Sat 10am-12pm
• Ages 6-18
• Three gym membership access (Mira Mesa, Mission Valley, Climbing Training Center)
